1. Just decide and Quit smoke.
2. Whenever smoke calls have some hot water .
3. Maintain these routine for 60 days .
4. when smoke calls, take a deep breath
inhale by mouth and exhale by the nose
for 10 min.
5. Don't buy smoking material just stop.
The Tough way
6. Wait until your body starts demanding to smoke
the material then have some hot water sip sip
7. Store your smoking material in a lock, when
body ask to smoke, follow step 2,4,n 6 step
try to control the body If you fail than open the
lock after 2,4,n 6th step.
The Hardest Way
8. Don't smoke with Friends
9. Always smoke alone.
10. Try to maintain the gap between smoking time.
And slowly increase the time.
11. When ever go for smoke follow the 2,4,6,7,8,9,
10th every time .
SMOKE AT ONE PLACE OR CORNER,
ARRENGE SOME POSTER OR IMAGE IN THAT CORNER , DON'T DO ANY THING WHILE SMOKING, IT WILL EFFECT YOUR MIND TO STOP SMOKING.

just smoke and realize that you are inhaling
